Kressin und der tote Mann im Fleet.

Customs investigator Kressin returns from a Mediterranean cruise. Shortly before Hamburg, tour guide Ben Canitz behaves suspiciously. The next morning, Kressin reads in the newspaper that Canitz has been found dead in a canal in Hamburg.
