HOST turned out really well, but as a hybrid, it has one small problem. It's not a true screen movie. Everyone starts Zoom on their computer, which is usually the starting point, but later there are shots from outside, from the apartments, and people are running back and forth. Theoretically, they should always have their laptops with them, and that makes zero sense, especially in the escalation towards the end. That's also the problem that found footage films have to deal with. At what point does it become completely unrealistic to lug your equipment around just to film instead of surviving?
